Interactive Intelligence Outrageous Interactions Video Contest Entries

Lights, camera, call center?! That’s right, you read correctly. Interactive Intelligence challenged the public to submit wacky videos showcasing hysterical, bizarre, unbelievable and simply outrageous customer service interactions. And did they deliver! Contest submissions were real or imagined and showcased live interactions via the phone, web or automated system, and yes, even via robot. Congratulations to Tim Merlau and his team for winning the Outrageous Interactions Video Contest with their entry of "On Hold". They have been awarded the $5,000 grand prize.
