Contact Center Quality Communications Pre-Conference Session

This 6 hour seminar will explore how to best leverage Interaction Center and add-on products to improve the quality of interactions with your customers. Instructors will provide material and discussion focused on core IC features, including effective user, workgroup, and ACD configurations. Further discussion will focus on employing Interaction Recorder, Interaction Feedback, Interaction Dialer and Interaction Optimizer to improve, monitor and ensure quality communications.
