When is Interactions '10?
Tuesday, May 25th - Thursday, May 27th
Where is Interactions '10 taking place?
The conference is being held at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46225.
When does it start?
The first session will begin at approximately 8:00 a.m., Tuesday May 25th.
When does it end?
The last session will wrap up at approximately 12:00 p.m., Thursday May 27th.
What's the latest (or earliest) flight I can catch before it starts (or after it's finished)?
To see the entire conference, we recommend arriving in Indianapolis no later than 7 a.m. Tuesday morning, and departing no earlier than 5 p.m. on Thursday
Who should attend?
Anyone who currently uses Interactive Intelligence software.
How do I register?
Please visit the registration page.
How much will it cost to attend?
Registration is $625 for one person per company or $599 for each additional person per company.
What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration fee includes all sessions and all conference materials. Breakfast, lunch and breaks are included Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, along with a reception Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and Awards dinner Wednesday night.
Can I register on-site?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate on-site registrations.
Do I have to choose between the tracks when I register?
Yes. However, you may attend any sessions you choose, regardless of your choice at the time of registration. This is merely to help us when planning sessions.
Can I get a receipt/invoice for my registration?
Yes, simply click on “View Invoice/Receipt” at the end of the registration process.
Can I make my hotel reservation when I register?
Yes, just click on the hotel link (hotel reservations are separate from event registration). Take advantage of the special rate of $159. Reservation cutoff at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is Friday, April 16th, 2010 until 5:00 pm EST. Our room block may fill prior to this date, and any reservations made after this date are on a space-available basis.

Do I need to rent a car while in Indianapolis?
Rental cars should not be required while in Indianapolis. Transporation to the Awards Dinner on Wednesday, May 25th will be provided.
How should I dress?
As many of you are aware, our corporate culture is casual…and our conference is no exception. We therefore encourage you to dress comfortably. Keep in mind that the meeting rooms often vary in temperature, so you may want to wear layers to be comfortable.
