Eligibility |
|
Interactive Intelligence, Inc. (Interactive) training is available to Resellers, Partners, and Customers, both direct and indirect. Interactive prospective customers must have a signed non-disclosure agreement on file before registering for class.

| Registrations |
- To register for a course, visit http://www.inin.com/education/Pages/Class-Schedule.aspx for a current class schedule. Add the course to the cart and complete the Registration Request through the "Checkout" process. Please note that completing the Registration Request form does not guarantee your seat in a course.
- You are confirmed and registered in the course when you have received an email confirmation. Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received your confirmation.
- You will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days after your Registration Request has been received if all prerequisites have been met.

Interactive Intelligence accepts payment via Credit Card, Company Check (requires Purchase Order), or Wire Transfer.

| Prerequisites |
|
If a prerequisite is required for a class, the student must complete those prerequisites before attending the class. Please contact education@inin.com with questions regarding prerequisites.

Cancellation Policy for Student Cancellations |
|
The following guidelines will be applied for students who cancel their enrollment in a training class.
- If payment has been received and the cancellation occurs with at least 10 business days notice from the first day the class begins, an education credit for the full amount will be applied to the organizations's account. The education credit is valid for 12 months and may be used for any education purchase. A refund will be available upon request.
- If payment has been received and the cancellation occurs with less than 10 business days notice from the start of class, an education credit for the full amout will be applied to the organization's account. The education credit is valid for 12 months and may be used for any education purchase. No refund will be given. An exception to this policy is when a class is cancelled by Interactive or a student is unable to attend due to an act of nature that would prevent travel to the training location. In that case a refund will be available upon request.
The organization may send a substitute to attend a class as long as the substitute meets the required prerequisites.

| Cancellation Policy for Interactive Cancellations |
|
Interactive Education makes every attempt to run all scheduled classes. However, in the event that it becomes necessary for Interactive Education to cancel a scheduled class or reschedule a class, we will follow these guidelines:
- If Interactive Education Services cancels class with greater than 10 business days notice prior to the scheduled class, an email communication will be sent to the student.
- If Interactive Education Services cancels a class with less than 10 busines days notice prior to the scheduled class, a phone call will be made to the student.
In the event of cancellation by Interactive Education, an education credit for the full amount will be applied to the organization’s account. The education credit is valid for 12 months and may be used for any education purchase. A refund will be available upon request. Interactive encourages the purchase of refundable airline tickets and is not responsible, in any way, for any costs, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages, which the student may incur in the event that Interactive Education cancels or reschedules a class.

| Waitlists |
|
When a student has requested to be wait-listed for a class, students will be automatically enrolled in the course and will receive a confirmation email if a seat becomes available. If the seat becomes available within 10 business days prior to the class start date, the student will be contacted before being enrolled in the class.

| Course Completion Certificate |
|
Students must attend at least 80% of a class in order to receive a Course Completion certificate and receive a Completed status in transcripts.

Classroom Ethics |
|
Cheating and general discourtesy will not be tolerated in any Interactive Education class.
Students are expected to behave with integrity, honesty and courtesy while in class and throughout their certification process.
- Cheating will result in failure of the exam and removal of the student from the training facility. Cheating includes unfairly helping others on their exams, as well as, accepting help from others during an exam.
- If a student behaves in an abusive or rude manner toward the instructor or other students, they will be asked to leave the training facility for the duration of the class.
- Course fees will be forfeited and readmission to the training facility will be at the discretion of the Director of Education.

| Exam Retakes |
| Candidates who do not pass an exam must wait at least 72 hours before retaking the same exam. Candidates are allowed to take the exam 2 additional times within a 12-month period. The 4th attempt must be at least 12 months from the date of the first attempt. All attempts are subject to the 72-hour waiting period. Retests must be scheduled with the Registrar. |

Test-Outs |
|
Test-outs are not encouraged. If you choose to attempt to test-out of any class, you must first have written approval of your Regional Support Manager. Test-outs must be scheduled with the Registrar.
