Please be advised that ICCS 4.0 Certification is now the new certification for what has been ICVP 3.0. You will find available class dates on the schedule under:
Interaction Center Core Specialist (ICCS) Bootcamp 4.0.
It is recommended that all direct customers have at least two individuals certified in ICVP or ICCS on their staff at all times.
