Consultant Program

In response to growing demand from consultants for more in-depth and up-to-date information about our company and products, we've developed the Interactive Intelligence Consultant Program.

The Consultant Program includes access to materials on our Consultant Web site, dedicated contacts for information requests, invitations to our Product-Of-The-Month Web seminars and field seminars, participation in our annual Partner Conference, and opportunities to be considered for speaking engagements at Interactive Intelligence events.

Our Consultant Program is free, and requires a signed agreement form in order to take advantage of the full spectrum of Interactive Intelligence resources, including detailed product information and training.

By joining the Interactive Team as part of the Consultant Program, you have immediate access to our innovative communication solutions at no cost to you.  Here's how you access the resources you need - in a format that best suits your needs.

On-line Requests - Send requests for information or product briefings to consultants@inin.com.  Responses within 1 business day from Product Managers, Field Engineers & Executive Management and includes Product briefings.

Marketing Queue Access - Call 317-872-3000 (say Marketing or press 3) or email to info@inin.com.  The marketing representative will verify your identity and provide you with the information or individuals you need - again allowing you to access information on demand (AID). You can also interact with us from our website (www.inin.com) by choosing the Interact! with us - Web Chat, email, Web Callback and Web Find Me are all available options

 Attend Interactive Activities

Annual Partner Conference - Invitations will be sent prior to the event and registration can be completed on-line with the links provided or from the Consultant Portal.  Conference fees are waived for Consultant Program participants.

Regional seminars and meetings - Events planned in regions that align with your customer base, invitations will be offered.  Participation may vary based upon the event agenda.  Participation is at the Consultants' discretion.

Sales Tools

 For your Assistance

Lead Generation - Sharing lead opportunities is being expanded to include Consultants.  Details will be posted on the Consultant Portal.  Actual leads will be generated from the Marketing queue and sent via email.

Sales Resource Assistance - Networking and seeking assistance from the sales person in the area will be upon the request of the Consultant.  If you would like to connect with the sales person, send the request to consultants@inin.com or call the Marketing Queue at 317.872.3000 (say Marketing or press 3).
