Interactive Intelligence Recruiting Process
- When a position becomes available
it is posted to the Interactive Intelligence website.
- Candidates may
apply for this position through the on-line process/link at the bottom
of each job posting
- Once a resume is submitted it is automatically entered
into the Interactive Intelligence
candidate database. The resume will be attached to the position that is
applied for
but it will also be searchable for other open positions.
- The Interactive
Intelligence Corporate Recruiter reviews resumes/applications and
makes
contact with those that meet the qualifications of the position.
- After
a telephone screen with the Corporate Recruiter, details of qualified applicants
are forwarded to the Hiring Manager for review.
- The Hiring Manager selects
the most qualified applicants to move to the next phase of interviewing.
The next phase may be a second
phone screen with
a Subject Matter Expert or it may move right to an in-house meeting.
Other options, like video conferencing, may be considered for
out of town candidates.
- After the candidate has visited the Interactive
Intelligence, Inc. office and has had an opportunity to meet the Hiring
Manager, team
members and has
toured our Corporate Headquarters, a hiring decision is quite
often made. On occasion a second or even third visit to our
office may
be requested.
- The Corporate Recruiter will maintain contact
with each candidate throughout the interview process. If it is decided
that the candidate
is not a fit or
match for the open position, the Corporate Recruiter will
relay this information to the candidate. If selected for the position,
the Corporate
Recruiter will
present the offer.
