What to expect from Recruiting

We encourage all candidates to check our list of Open Positions on a regular basis as we are a rapidly growing company and to be considered for any position you must first apply online. An Interactive Intelligence Talent Acquisition Partner will make contact (via phone or email) with those individuals that meet the qualifications of the open positions. The Talent Acquisition Partner will maintain contact with each candidate throughout the interview process.

  1. Phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Partner
  2. Qualified applicants are forwarded to Hiring Managers for review
  3. Acceptable applicants have a 2nd phone screen with a Subject Matter Expert
  4. Successful applicants will move on to an onsite interview with the Interview Team
