Sydney, 1 December 2009 – Interactive Intelligence Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ), a global developer of unified IP business communications solutions, has announced the appointment of Bradly Moore as Senior Pre-Sales Engineer based in Sydney.
Moore joins Interactive Intelligence with more than ten years’ experience in the IT and telecommunications sector, having held a variety of positions in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, account management, end user training, IT and telephony systems design, implementation, support and management.
Moore joins Interactive Intelligence from CallTime Solutions, specialists in communications solutions and integration services for call centres, enterprises and telecommunication service providers. During his six years with the organisation he worked in several roles, most recently as Regional Account Manager where he held responsibility for solution architecture and design, as well as for training and solution deployment within the call centre and medium to large enterprise IP PBX markets.
Prior, he was IT Manager at Mytek, an IT support company offering member-based computer support services. He was responsible for developing, administering, monitoring and documenting both existing and newly implemented IT solutions, policies and procedures.
Moore has also held IT Systems Analyst contractor positions with Hi-Speed Networking and Aussie Home Loans.
