Sydney, 2 September 2010 - Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has continued to bolster its Australian and New Zealand presence with the appointment of Rameses Florentino as ANZ Inside Sales Representative based in Sydney. Florentino joins Interactive Intelligence with more than ten years’ experience in inside sales, customer service and contact centre support. He will be responsible for pre-sales prospect identification and qualification for Interactive Intelligence products as well as supporting marketing programs which drive brand awareness and partner and alliance lead momentum. Florentino was previously Inside Sales and Marketing Consultant at FrontRange Solutions where he was responsible for new business prospect lead generation and telemarketing for the company’s range for solutions, including its helpdesk, CRM, asset management and infrastructure management solutions. Previously, he managed lead generation campaigns at Expand Networks in support of the company’s channel partners. During this time, he supported new business prospect programs for the company’s Wide Area Network flagship solutions throughout the Asia Pacific region. Prior, Florentino was a Licensing and Affinity Business Development Manager for LAN Systems where he managed, monitored and quoted on new services in support of channel development. He has also held customer service support and marketing positions at DirectIT, Salmat, Coles Myer and GE Finance.
