Interactive Intelligence Appoints ANZ Senior Training Consultant 
 

Appointment Reflects Growth in Demand for Partner Certification and Ongoing Customer Support

Sydney, 13 January 2010 – Interactive Intelligence Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ), a global developer of unified IP business communications solutions, has announced the appointment of Adrian Tilley as Senior Training Consultant for Australia and New Zealand based in Sydney.
 
Tilley joins Interactive Intelligence with 15 years of experience in technical training, consulting, systems administration and programming.  He previously worked at the organisation’s US headquarters in Indianapolis for three years as Senior Training Consultant where he was responsible for delivering in-depth certification and technical training to partners and end customers with a special focus on Unified Communication,  VoIP technologies, and system customisation.
 
Prior, he worked as Implementation Consultant for Executive Computing (now Excentor), a distributor of Aprimo Marketing, the world’s leading Marketing Resource Management platform.  His responsibilities included software implementation, configuration, customisation and support.  
 
He previously worked for five years at Information Gateways as a Technical Consultant in pre-sales, product support and web design.  He has also worked in a variety of engineering and consultant roles for Aprimo, Rainmaker Information Services and Medical Benefits Fund of Australia.
 
Interactive Intelligence established a purpose-built Australian and New Zealand training facility in North Sydney last year enabling the company’s reseller channel and end user customers to participate in locally-based certification courses.   Participants are able to gain in-depth knowledge and certification in all aspects of usage and configuration of Interactive Intelligence solutions, including contact centre automation, enterprise IP telephony, unified communications, self-service automation and SIP-supported VoIP solutions.

Tilley has a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from the University of New South Wales and is a Cisco Certified Voice Professional.
