Latitude Agency Manager
Manage all data flow to your outsourcing partners — collection agencies, collection attorneys and skip-and-locate companies. Sophisticated reporting and tracking methods in the Agency Manager solution also ensure that the right business is sent to the right partner. You even compare your collection results to those of your outsourced partners.
Latitude Web Access
Time is valuable, for you and your customers. Use the add-on Web Access web portal to efficiently — and securely — provide real-time reporting and data access. Customers can update their accounts directly, and notify you of address changes, status changes, payments and adjustments. You restrict the functions you wish not to share.
Latitude Automation suite
Enable clients to automate account treatment strategies and file delivery. Latitude Automation’s Workflow tool and intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to design workflows. Then the Job Manager component just as easily schedules unattended processes (new business, payments, adjustments, recalls and skip data requests), processes incoming files, and generates outgoing files.
Latitude Exchange
Speed the development of data import and export jobs and quickly schedule all Exchange jobs with a built-in Job Manager tool.
