Interaction SIP Station™
Stop wasting money on expensive, proprietary desktop IP phones with features you don’t use.
Interaction SIP Station is a compact communications device to take the place of an IP desk phone. When used with the Customer Interaction Center™ (CIC) software and CIC’s Interaction Client® call control application and softphone, SIP Station users leverage the same CIC call control functions that reside in the Client environment. Instead of a phone that clutters their desk, users efficiently manage voice interactions using the Interaction SIP Station and a standard headset.
SimpleThe Interaction SIP Station is easily deployed, and its job is simple — to provide clear, consistent audio. With the Interaction Client’s call control buttons on the desktop, managing calls is intuitive.
AffordableInteraction SIP Station eliminates the need for pricey IP desk phones without sacrificing any of the features, and does so at a price point hundreds of dollars less than popular IP phones. At roughly half the price of a basic IP phone, and at a fraction of the cost of higher-end telephones, Interaction SIP Station provides significant savings for deployments from mid-size to large contact centers and enterprises.
ReliableSoftphones rely on a shared processor to handle audio with other desktop operations. They also require that the PC be on to even work. In contrast, the Interaction SIP Station uses a dedicated chip-set for audio processing, and power over Ethernet (PoE) to power the device. So go ahead, open a large file, play a video or even reboot the PC, and your audio is fine.
Nothing proprietaryThe Interaction SIP Station is fully compliant with the SIP communications standard, making it flexible enough to work in most global deployments, including EU countries.
Ease of administrationEasily perform support for the Interaction SIP Station via a web-based management interface.
