Interaction Message Indicator (IMI) monitors Microsoft® Exchange Server 2007 Unified Messaging mailboxes for voice mail messages, illuminating the Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) on a desktop phone when a new voice mail message comes in and extinguishing the MWI once all messages have been reviewed.
Use the standalone IMI application with third-party phone systems, or with the Vonexus Enterprise Interaction Center™ IP PBX software and Customer Interaction Center® IP application suite from Interactive Intelligence.
IMI easily integrates with Microsoft Active Directory® and Exchange to control SIP-based Message Waiting Indicators according to message status. The IMI solution also synchronizes MWIs with the Exchange user mailbox voice message state at all times. IT teams additionally appreciate IMI's intuitive web-based administrative environment, which eases configuration, administration, monitoring and reporting for all IMI-equipped phones and users.
