Interaction Gateway

Interaction Gateway provides a powerful gateway for SIP-based telephony systems, especially when paired with the Customer Interaction Center™ (CIC) IP platform for contact center automation and unified communications in the enterprise.

The Interaction Gateway appliance is easy to install and configure, and makes it even easier to connect a SIP-based CIC system to the PSTN telephone network. Interaction Gateway also provides:
  • Seamless digital trunk-to-SIP conversion
  • Highly scalable and reliable NxM architecture deployment options
  • Superior support for T.38 Fax relay

IG204 – 4 spans, T1/96 channels, E1/120 channels
IG208 – 8 spans, T1/192 channels, E1/240 channels (shown in photo)

International protocol support
Get digital trunk support for T1/ISDN (NI2, 4ESS, 5ESS, DMS, QSIG ECMA), T1/CAS, and E1/EuroISDN.

SIP capability for Interaction Dialer®
When integrated with CIC and the Interaction Dialer solution (2.4 or higher) for SIP-based outbound predictive dialing, Interaction Gateway lends to a fully open, SIP-based solution from one vendor. The result for teleservices firms, collections firms and other businesses offering blended inbound/outbound dialing services is the ability to:
  • Perform advanced call analysis for outbound dialing needs
  • Handle much higher volumes of outbound calls on Interaction Dialer servers
