Partner Program Levels

Tiered Partner designations within the Interactive Intelligence Channel Partner Program are structured to recognize your investment in sales, in service infrastructure, and in technical support. These designations also are structured to deliver increased financial rewards as you raise your level of commitment to building an Interactive Intelligence business practice.

The four-tiered program is designed for sales agents, value-added resellers (VARs), and telcos/carriers that sell and deliver Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) and/or Customer Engagement (Contact Center) solutions.

The tiers include Referral, Silver, Gold, and Platinum with different prerequisites and program benefits including discounts (premise software), revenue share (cloud services), marketing support, sales support, and training and certification opportunities.

Program Levels:

  • Agent/Referral – pass qualified opportunities with the ability to earn commission on sales.
  • Silver – co-sell resale model. Partner and Interactive joint sales effort, with ability for partner to resell the solution and earn discounts (premise) or revenue share (cloud), but partner does not perform services. Services are quoted and provided by Interactive or one of its certified partners.
  • Gold – full-service model. Partner is enabled to sell, service, and support and is fully accredited.
  • Platinum – full-service, entire portfolio. Partner is enabled to sell, service, and support, is fully accredited, and meets minimum performance criteria (quota, new business targets, etc.)
