When is the Interactive Intelligence Global Partner Conference?

Where is the 2010 Interactive Intelligence Global Partner Conference taking place?
The conference is being held at the Budapest Marriott Hotel, Apaczai Csere janos u.4., Budapest, 1052 Hungary
When does it start?
The first session will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m., Tuesday April 13th.
When does it end?
The last session will wrap up at approximately 5:00 p.m., Wednesday April 14th.
What's the latest (or earliest) flight I can catch before it starts (or after it's finished)?
To see the entire conference, we recommend arriving in Budapest no later than 10 a.m. Monday morning if you want to participate in pre-conference activities or arriving by 6 p.m. to attend the Welcome Reception, and departing no earlier than 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

All Partner team members who sell, support or implement software solutions from Interactive Intelligence.
How do I register?

How much will it cost to attend?
Registration is €250 for first two individuals per company and Free for each additional person from the same company. If the "free" registrants do not attend the conference you will be invoiced for the full registration fee for all registrants
What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration fee includes all sessions and all conference materials. Breakfast, lunch and breaks are included Tuesday and Wednesday, along with the Welcome reception Monday and the Gala Dinner Tuesday night.
Can I register on-site?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate on-site registrations.
What is the cancellation policy?

Until 15 March 2010, there will be a 100% refund for all conference cancellations.
16 March 2010 until 29 March 2010, there will be a 50% refund for all conference cancellations.
From 30 March 2010 until the date of the event, there will be no refund for any conference cancellations.
Please Note: our registration fees are set in Euros, but currently this transaction is processed by our Finance department in the US. Your credit card statement will reflect this transaction in US dollars. We apologize for any confusion this causes.
Do I have to choose between the tracks when I register?
Yes. However, you may attend any sessions you choose, regardless of your choice at the time of registration. This is merely to help us when planning sessions.
Can I get a receipt/invoice for my registration?
Yes, simply click on “View Invoice/Receipt” at the end of the registration process.
Can I make my hotel reservation when I register?
Yes, just click on the hotel link (hotel reservations are separate from registration). Take advantage of the special rate of €120/night by mentioning the discount code illilla. Reservation cutoff at the Budapest Marriott Hotel is Monday, 1st March, 2010. Our room block may fill prior to this date, and any reservations made after this date are on a space-available basis.

What are the pre-conference golf details?
An optional golf event is available this year. See the What's New page for specific details. The event is on the afternoon of April 12th and costs €50 per person.
How should I dress?
While some conference attendees wear business attire to the event, business casual clothing is equally appropriate. The temperature in the meeting rooms and the conference lobby may vary, so we suggest that you dress in “layers”. Spring in Budapest is typically cool and often windy, and a bit unpredictable. Mid-April is when temperatures start to rise up to between 20-25 °C (68-77 °F).
