Interactive Intelligence is please to announce that Ad Nederlof, Founder and CEO of VANAD Group will present the keynote presentation at this year's conference.
Art is passion, Customer Service is Art: Without passion for the customer no contact center can ever be successful. Passion for a customer implies that the customer is the very center of your organisation. Everyone communicating with customers needs to have access to the same information and communicate the same message. No 'silos of communication'. Technology is available to build a customer centric organisation, a virtual organisation. But who has the guts to really do it and gain the competitive advantage?
Ad Nederlof has an impressive background in both IT and contact centers: he built up his expertise and experience at the top of companies like Oracle, Volmac, ICL Nederland and Genesys. He has traveled and worked in Europe, the United States, China and Australia. After leaving Genesys he became CEO of E.Novation, and this was the start of the VANAD Group - an expanding group of business including IT and business consultancy, fashion and a call center. Ad Nederlof has strong opinions on IT and Customer Services. The successes of his own companies prove him right.
