Degrees and skill sets we like to see

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Technology or related field
C++/C# coding & maintenance, Microsoft environment
ISDN, T1, VoIP protocols (SIP), Microsoft networking and/or Cisco IOS is a plus
Microsoft OS administration, networking and application level support skills
BS/BA or equivalent in Business, Marketing or similar sales discipline
BS in Education or related discipline (technical training)
Effective communications skills-interpersonal, written and verbal
