Degrees and skill sets we like to see
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Technology or related field
- C++/C# coding & maintenance, Microsoft environment
- ISDN, T1, VoIP protocols (SIP), Microsoft networking and/or Cisco IOS is a plus
- Microsoft OS administration, networking and application level support skills
- BS/BA or equivalent in Business, Marketing or similar sales discipline
- BS in Education or related discipline (technical training)
- Effective communications skills-interpersonal, written and verbal
