Degrees and skill sets we like to see

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Technology or related field
• C++/C# coding & maintenance, Microsoft environment
• ISDN, T1, VoIP protocols (SIP), Microsoft networking and/or Cisco IOS is a plus
• Microsoft OS administration, networking and application level support skills
• BS/BA or equivalent in Business, Marketing or similar sales discipline
• BS in Education or related discipline (technical training)
• Effective communications skills-interpersonal, written and verbal
