Where is the 2009 Interactive Intelligence/AcroSoft Insurance Client Conference taking place?
The conference is being held at the Courtyard Indianapolis Northwest, 7226 Woodland Drive at 71st Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46278, Phone: 317.297.7700.
When does it start?
The Welcome Reception will begin at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday October 27th.
When does it end?
The last session will wrap up at approximately 12:00 p.m., Friday October 30th.
Who should attend?
Anyone who currently uses AcroSoft Software or any Interactive Intelligence customer who is interested in using the AcroSoft product suite.
How do I register?

How much will it cost to attend?
The event fee is $350 per person.
What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration fee includes all sessions and all conference materials. A welcome reception will be provided Tuesday night. Wednesday and Thrusday, breakfast, lunch, and offsite dinners are included, along with breakfast on Friday.
Can I register on-site?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate on-site registrations.
Do I have to choose between the tracks when I register?
Yes. However, you may attend any sessions you choose, regardless of your choice at the time of registration. This is merely to help us when planning sessions.
Can I get a receipt/invoice for my registration?
Yes, simply click on “View Invoice/Receipt” at the end of the registration process.
Can I make my hotel reservation when I register?
Yes, just click on the hotel link (hotel reservations are separate from event registration). Take advantage of the special rate of $90/night by mentioning the discount code INTINTI. Reservation cutoff at the Courtyard Indianapolis Northwest is Friday, September 18th, 2009 until 5:00 pm EST. Our room block may fill prior to this date, and any reservations made after this date are on a space-available basis.

Do I need to rent a car while in Indianapolis?
Rental cars should not be required while in Indianapolis. Carey Indiana Worldwide Chauffer Service has extended a discounted rate for attendees. The limo cost from the airport to the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown is approximately $16 per person. For more information on Carey Indiana, visit their website: www.careyindiana.com.
How should I dress?
As many of you are aware, our corporate culture is casual…and our conference is no exception. We therefore encourage you to dress comfortably. Keep in mind that the meeting rooms often vary in temperature, so you may want to wear layers to be comfortable. Fall in Indianapolis is typically cool - although, in Indiana, it changes constantly.
